1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Cliché mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service Cliché is a social party game application that offers various game modes for group entertainment. Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription ("Cliché Unlimited").
3. Subscriptions
Cliché Unlimited is available as a weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscription.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.
4. User Conduct You agree to use the App for lawful purposes only. You shall not use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service.
5. Intellectual Property All content, trademarks, and intellectual property in the App are owned by Cliché. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliché shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Privacy Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.cliche-app.com/privacy-policy.
9. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
